Next: How do you randomly assign numbers without getting duplicates?
From: Roger Govier on 6 Apr 2010 13:15 Hi Judi Drag Software to the Row labels area, followed by Version and then Name drag Licensed to the Column labels area Drag Licence again, to the Values area as Count of Licensed. When you click on the "+" of Program, it will "open" to show the versions. If you click on the "+" of Version, you will see the names associated. Alternatively, right clicking on a cell within the PT, will give you the option of Expanding or Collapsing whole fields. You can add more of your fields as required, just add htem below the others in the Row labels area. -- Regards Roger Govier Judi wrote: > Thanks everyone.
