This is very preliminary, and needs tyo be tested and this is the
first method to value pi value by precise equation


P! value = 180/19 =9.47368421053 /3+.(value of -1 tangent)


divide 9.47368421053 / 3+.(value of -1 tangent, which is the ofset gap
at inverse, we believe it is 1/10 of 1/6)

We are in the process of confirming the value of -1 tangent, this is
complex.
