From: Taela Fox Taela on 16 Apr 2010 17:28 I would like to start my page numbering on page 9. And Header on Page 10. I do not want pages 1-8 to be numbered. Nor do I want the header to be shown in pages 1-9. How do I accomplish this?

Also note that "Different first page" will allow you to start the numbering on page 9 but not display the number till page 10. -- Suzanne S.
