From: Margo Guda on 13 Mar 2010 10:56 Hello, I've had a Palm Lifedrive for years, ever since they came out, and it worked fine for many. Then I sort of stopped syncing it to my xp desktop at home, about a year ago. I am trying again and now I find windows no longer sees the device, even though I never uninstalled it (just stopped using it on the pc) and I recently updated the software for it. I was trying to do a hotsync and it never comes up, so I tried to look at the device manager entry, only to find it's no longer there, and what's more I cannot reinstall the hardware. I get to the device list in the wizard and when it finds the palmos devices and I select it and click next, it just hops back to that window. How can I get this thing to work again? Thanks in advance. This is really a pain.

Sounds like an issue with the device - have you contacted those that support it? -- Shenan Stanley MS-MVP -- How To Ask Questions The Smart Way http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html
