From: MarkC on 27 Feb 2005 13:49 This is a customer's TV. The first time that it was repaired I replaced Q801, IC801, D824 & the main AC fuse. Now 90 days later all of these parts & more have shorted or opened (Q801 is very burned & fried). Have there been any manufacturer's modifications on these models? Why did these parts fail again & why do they fail so quickly to begin with (OEM parts were used)? What a poor design and to think that these cost almost $1000 new! Thanks for any help.
