From: PA Bear [MS MVP] on 9 Jul 2010 13:29 What anti-virus application or security suite is installed and is your subscription current? What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? What third-party firewall (if any)? Has a(another) Norton or McAfee application ever been installed on the computer (e.g., a free-trial version that came preinstalled when you bought it)? Your post's headers (Outlook Express 6.00.2900.2180) tell us that you're running outdated & much less secure versions of Outlook Express (and possibly Outlook), Internet Explorer and WinXP. Check in at http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com ASAP & get the computer fully patched (if you can). -- ~Robear Dyer (PA Bear) MS MVP-IE, Mail, Security, Windows Client - since 2002 Hirotaro wrote: > I dont know why, but today when I tur on my computer didnt recognize my > windows password and when I opened my outlook accont the email server > didnt recognize the outlook password, then I see the configuration and the > password disapeared . May be a virus? thanks. You have to login before you can load Outlook. You claim that you cannot log into Windows. Explain how you managed to load Outlook without logging in.
