Can anyone provide this tool, Performance Counter Rebuild Wizard (PCRW) to
rest counters on a Windows 2000 Server?

I am getting Event ID 1008 Perflib
The Open Procedure for service "ASP.NET_2.0.50727" in DLL
"c:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_perf.dll" failed.
Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code
returned is data DWORD 0.

I have been told that the above tool will help to reset counters rather than
doing it maually which taks some time
