Hi all,

I am running a GUI that is designed without the help of GUIDE but when I run it, I get this strange error ->

???? The class "handles" is undefined.
Perhaps Java is not running.

Error in ==> GUI_without_GUIDE at 35
set(handles.slider1, 'Min', 1);

I have restarted MATLAB once but i still get the same error and there is no problem when i run GUIs that are built with the help of GUIDE.

can anyone please tell me what the problem might be ?
