From: Greg on 14 Apr 2010 23:41 I see this in the help file. How can I view this field? If I select insert column, I cannot find the Pessimistic Duration field. thanks Pessimistic Duration (task field) The Pessimistic Duration field contains the worst-case possibility for the total span of active working time expected for a task, that is, the time from the pessimistic start to the pessimistic finish of a task. You can enter this date as part of a PERT analysis calculation.
From: Rod Gill on 14 Apr 2010 23:54 If you display the Analysis Toolbar, then click the PERT Analysis button it displays a PERT Toolbar. On here is a Pessimistic Gantt that re-uses Duration3 for pessimistic durations. The PERT Entry sheet button is where you enter the data. -- Rod Gill Microsoft MVP for Project - http://www.project-systems.co.nz Author of the only book on Project VBA, see: http://www.projectvbabook.com "Greg" <greg(a)nospam.com> wrote in message news:OJhdR2E3KHA.4752(a)TK2MSFTNGP02.phx.gbl... > I see this in the help file. > How can I view this field? > If I select insert column, I cannot find the Pessimistic Duration field. > thanks > > > Pessimistic Duration (task field) The Pessimistic Duration field > contains the worst-case possibility for the total span of active working > time expected for a task, that is, the time from the pessimistic start to > the pessimistic finish of a task.
