From: Joel on 3 Jan 2010 14:50 I recently downloaded Photostory 3 and made a video with one still picture. I was able to send it by e-mail to friends but when I tried to send it to Facebook it did not go through. They said: "The video format you uploaded is not supported by our system. We are always trying to improve the compatibility of Facebook Video, but some videos can be problematic. Try converting the video into a more common format." Please help.
From: PapaJohn on 3 Jan 2010 16:08 As Photo Stories are compressed with a different codec than movies, to satisfy Facebook run the story through Movie Maker to a more standard wmv movie file before uploading. -- PapaJohn www.papajohn.org "Joel" <Joel(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:16D2F2B5-AAFE-4F69-B447-519C07E2780F(a)microsoft.com... >I recently downloaded Photostory 3 and made a video with one still picture. >I > was able to send it by e-mail to friends but when I tried to send it to > Facebook it did not go through.
