From: Fritz on 27 Jan 2010 12:58 I added a couple of columns to an Excel 2007 spreadsheet. When I went to generate a pivot table, all but one of the fields that I added do not show in the field list. I've refreshed the table, got out Excel & tried again all with no luck. Anybody have any suggestions as to why all the fields are not showing?
From: minimaster on 28 Jan 2010 04:11 Did you add the new columns in the pivot table source data definition? The dialog for that can be found on the ribbon "Pivottable Tools / Options" - "Change Data source"
