Word 2007 on WinXP

Someone 'thought' they saw another copy several text "sentences" and
automatically paste into conseccutive parts of a SmartArt process chart. CAn
anyone offer any ideas? I can only copy into an individual twext box within
the Smart Art object.

If the text you copy consists of several *paragraphs* then each
paragraph will paste into a separate box in the SmartArt. Each
paragraph must end with a paragraph mark (created by pressing Enter)
when you turn on nonprinting symbols (Ctrl+* or click the � button).
