Check that the keyborad in Parallels is set to be handled by 'Apple'. - I had a similar problem once with my XPPro/SP3+PD. - Else try to boot Windows in 'safe mode' (? isn't that the name for it similar to boot OS X in 'single user mode'). Then when XPPro is booted, reset all log-in prefs - and/or if you can open the controlpanel 'System' and make a recovery back to the day you delievered the MB for service. This will zero everything after that date.
