Could you please document how to set up the new WLK 1.5 IO Cancellation with
Direct IO on network storage (Preview) test?

Better yet, how can I avoid this job from running in the first place without
causing a submission failure? This test does not really apply to our driver
under test as it does not involve storage n any way.

There are a few others who are confused by the lack of documentation, could
you please help us out?
