Assignment: to plot a bar graph (vertical and horizontal)

In MATLAB a bar graph displays the values in a vector or matrix as
horizontal or vertical. The default is to scale the x-axis to the
highest x-tick on the plot.

Calculators, more elaborate ones, such as Matlab, feature
calculations, graph functions, and inequalities and data sets.

In other words, they are calculators for basic matrix operations.

A scientific calculator for Windows plots functions and diagrams with
many chart/graph combinations through programmable functions, but how
might these structures be treated as entities to be carried across the
Internet as variables?

This gets complicated with programs like Matlab, because not all
matrices can be inverted, or used as the denominator in matrix
division: {however don't count it out yet}

To make a graph of y = sin(t) on the interval t = 0 to t = 10 we
plot(t,y) and use the vector of t and y values to construct the
graph.
