X.org, dlopen and -current problem
Gentlemen, good day! Same here with two boxes unter CURRENT after update from yesterday. Hope we'll find it soon, because both boxes are desktop systems, now without graphics. xorg-server-6.9.0_5 works well, -6.9.0_6 doesn't. First I should ask some simple questions: - I assume that xorg-server and x... 11 Feb 2007 15:31

Apache 2.2 and Postgres
Hi, I'm trying to get Apache 2.2 and Postgres to work together so that I can use mod_authn_dbd. I think the problem is that APR is not being passed the correct arguments so that it configures with PGSQL support. # ldd /usr/local/libexec/apache22/mod_authn_dbd.so /usr/local/libexec/apache22/mod_authn_dbd.so:... 19 Aug 2006 07:58

Conflict between avahi and howl/mDNSResponder
Hi, Currently, avahi conflicts with howl/mDNSResponder. As a user of KDE, I have plenty of applications that depend on mDNSResponder. But at the same time, I am a user of OpenOffice.org, Firefox, eclipse and many others that depend on avahi (mainly because of gnome-vfs). The current conflict has the following co... 7 Jul 2006 21:32
