If you advocate healthy skepticism, I'm with you. Electricity and EM was near magic in 1800, but by 1900+ transformed our society, including EMR control, and now photonics, and nuclonics. Is positronics a possible technology? Well we're open minded based on precedent. Gotta love Faraday, he waved a magnetic over a coil of wire and noted a compass at the other end of the wire turned which evolved to become our electrical power grid. Jet engines is another.
