Steps to reproduce: Launch Powerpoint Close out of blank document that opens by using shortcut key (Ctrl + W) Go to Powerpoint Office icon Click Powerpoint Options A message is displayed advising that an error has occured and that it will close out of Powerpoint. If you click "Don't Send", Powerpoint restarts. Environment: Ms Office Enterprise 2007 SP2 Windows XP SP3

Doesn't repro here (Windows 7 though) Do you have a default local default printer driver?
