I'm under the delusion that I've come up with a way to recursively
generate the primes and the twin primes. (I know, I know.). I've
posted a couple papers to arXiv describing that approach that I'd be
happy to pass along to anybody interested (in the approach, not my
delusion!) together with a Mathematica notebook implementing the
approach if appropriate.
