Print Server - Internet Printing feature no longer working

From: Dwt902 on 23 Jan 2010 00:40 Hello, I had setup a Windows 2008 x64 standard Print server with the Internet printing role installed. Everything worked fine until I renamed the server. Now when I try to add a printer through http://servername/printers (select the printer and then click on "connect") I get "Printer Installation Failed, Printer name is invalid". I can still add the printers by the shared name \\servername\printername. What do I have to update in order to restore the ability to add printers through the web interface again? Thank you.

Not sure what happened but it's working fine today. Maybe just needed time for name change to replicate through the domain. Thank you.
