You need to spend time in the Microsoft.* hierarchy and learn about networking.

There are constructs embedded within the OS to share printers at ZERO cost.

There are ways to share printers with the cost of a hardware appliance called a Print
Server (Ex. HP JetDirect).

However there is NO NEED to buy software for it or pay for a service.
