Sir,
I have a HP Duplex printer LaserJet 4200 DTN ( a network printer) which i
have installed on 64 bit machine (HP-XW4600 Workstation) with Win XP64 Bit
professional edition. The problem is while printing from all applications of
ms office and pdf softwares( adobe acrobat, etc..), while it prnts
successfully from notepad, matlab etc... I ahve installed the proper driver
for laser jet 4200 64 bit edition from HP.com site. While printing from
ms-word or alike, it does not highlight the properties icon and hangs
thereafter on the print page...Please help, as we have boughta number of 64
bit machines, and all facign the same problem .
