From: Sallysmith on 5 Mar 2010 10:49 I have microsoft office 2007 -vista. I have different calendars set up. I know how to print each calendar individually, but I would like to print them in overlay mode --- so I can see everything that is going on on the same day. i.e my daughter's schedule overlayed on my schedule and printed with everything. Right now when I overlay calendars it will print only one calendar's information, not both. Thank you to anyone who can help me with this.

From: Sallysmith on 5 Mar 2010 14:06 Thank you Bob that helped a lot! I have set everything up and it works really good! However, is there a way to specify which hours you want displayed. I noticed there is one long day view, but it still only goes to early evening and I want it to display 8-10:00 without going into overflow. Thank you again!
