I wanted to "overlay" my calendars from Outlook into one calendar and print
it out using Calendar Printing Assistant (CPA). But, the CPA does not print
the recurring appointments from my calendars. Does anyone know how to print
the recurring appointments on CPA? Does CPA even have this feature? Thank you!

The issue might be fixed by having all the latest free Microsoft
updates for your version of Outlook... see:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/downloads/default.aspx

If this doesnt fix the issue, then consider using Wincalendar instead
of CPA. It converts your Outlook calendar to Word or Excel format (+
reoccurring appointments): http://www.wincalendar.com/calendar-maker.html

Thank you for your advice, TechGuy. However, I am not sure which update I
would need, this is because I regularly update my computer with updates that
it deems "important", so I'm guessing I should have all the updates. I use
Microsoft Outlook 2007, and I installed it on my computer around july 2009.

Wincalendar sounds like a viable solution. But, I just want to ask, does it
have this feature where you can overlay the different calendars from Outlook
into one calendar? This is because I have different calendars from Outlook
and I wanted to put all this into one calendar and print it out. But, from
the Wincalendar website description, it sounds like the software can only
convert one Outlook calendar into Word/Excel format.

Just to be more clear, I have already downloaded and installed the update
"Calendar Printing Assistant for Microsoft Outlook 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2).
But, I'm still having the same problem detailed below. Please help me! Thank
you!

The recurring appointments should show but there are issues if the
appointments don't have an end date. (If you use activesync to sync with
handheld device, no end dates will cause problems with the sync as well.)

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/955598 contains a hotfix, but
I'm pretty sure its in SP2.
