From: ponync on 28 Dec 2009 21:29 Thank you, Susan, for your response. I have Microsoft Works (I'm lacking a bit in computer knowledge:-) I was trying to open my resume I had forwarded in my yahoo email. I was trying to open it while in Internet Explorer and it didn't work. But when I opened it while in Mozilla Firefox, it worked fine. Go figure. Thanks again for your time.
