I installed Best practices Analizer and launched it. I am recieving the
following error:

The configuration file c:\program files microsoft windows small business
server\sbsbpa\en\sbsbpa.config.xml could not be loaded: file or assembly name
System.Security, or one of its dependencies, was not found.

It appears to be a dotnet problem I am not sure. I have verified that dotnet
1.1, 2.0, 3.0 and service packs are installed.

I also can not run Exchange BPA or several other programs with simular
error. They all point to System.Security, or one of its dependencies, was not
found.

I could use some help at this point, thanks.

You may need to reinstall sp2 or .net 2

I am not sure what the article means when he says he did "a repair install on
Win2k3 SP2" does that mean he reinstalled SP2 or removed and reinstalled SP2
or does that mean he reinstalled the OS using the repair method?
