Dear all,

I have a problem using the publish function. I keep generating empty (pdf)-files although I run code which contains the creation of lots of figures.

The code I use is nested (as in I use functions / m-files) and it seems like publishing is only done for the main-function... have I missed a setting somewhere? Does anyone know...?

I suspect this problem is related to the fact that debugging of nested functions also does not work... (breakpoints within functions are disregarded).
