I have a program which creates a bookmarked PDF file containing PROC REPORT
outputs. In 9.2, there is a 3-level bookmark created for each PROC REPORT
output, whereas there was a just 2-level bookmark created in version 9.1.
We are able to relabel the top 2 levels of the bookmark using ODS PROCLABEL
statement and CONTENTS = option in the PROC REPORT statement, but wish to
eliminate the third level, which is appearing as 'Table 1'. Is there any
way to remove the third level of the bookmark?
