I need to run PROC PLAN on something that is more simple than any of the
examples but right now we cannot get it to do what we want. We have 1200
subjects that we are trying to randomly assign to one of 12 different
conditions so that we get 100 in each condition. What is the PROC PLAN
syntax for this? TIA
