I need very uregent program developed by Matlab "Heat Pipe Respone" fpr analysis response of the heat pipe (detaily I have to calculate open thermosyphon cooling system). Where I can find/buy this program?

I have found nothing special re my task. Some theoretical works only. Nothing re practical designing atmospheric (open) thermosyfon cooling system for cylinders in reciprocating compressor for gas.

That sounds like a very specific problem -- I doubt you're going to find any
canned programs for modeling such a specific system.

If you run into difficulties while you write up the code to solve your
problem, post the code you've written and ask a SPECIFIC question about
where you're stuck and you may receive some assistance.
