A mail queue is appear as Unreachable queue and the error show "There is currently no route to the mailbox database". It is work fine while I use Exchange 2003. However not working in Exchange Server 2007.

The Permission is Default Author Administrator Owner Anonymous Contributor Contributor Include "Create items" Edit Items and Delete items is set to None.
