Goto http://www.slackware.com/getslack/

Select a local mirror, and grab the 13.0 iso file(s)

Burn to cd(s) or dvd.

put in drive, select cd/dvd for 1st boot order

at prompt type setup, full/newbie

after reboot, log in as root, and type adduser
