Well, PL/python (using Python within the database) would be on-topic for this list, but the connectors like psycopg are not discussed here. -- Robert Haas EnterpriseDB: http://www.enterprisedb.com The Enterprise Postgres Company -- Sent via pgsql-hackers mailing list (pgsql-hackers(a)postgresql.org) To make changes to your subscription: http://www.postgresql.org/mailpref/pgsql-hackers

If you want to hack PL/Python, which is a Python interpreter embedded into the PostgreSQL server, then this is the right place. (Yes, it's mixed with all the rest.) If you want to hack a Python client driver, then go to http://initd.org/psycopg/. (There are others, but that's the most popular one.) -- Sent via pgsql-hackers mailing list (pgsql-hackers(a)postgresql.org) To make changes to your subscription: http://www.postgresql.org/mailpref/pgsql-hackers

For BSD/MIT licensed python3 fun, be sure to check out: http://python.projects.postgresql.org/ http://python.projects.postgresql.org/backend/ http://pgfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/python-general/ The project currently enjoys a status as an alternative, but with help from people like you that could change. =) -- Sent via pgsql-hackers mailing list (pgsql-hackers(a)postgresql.org) To make changes to your subscription: http://www.postgresql.org/mailpref/pgsql-hackers
