From: Trevor Rabey on 21 Apr 2010 20:53 Insert a spare number field with a formula [Work]*(7/10) then copy and paste the result into the Work field. Of course, this will immediately change also the duration or the assignment units depeneding on the task type and effort driven settings for each task. You could set them all to Fixed Duration before the paste. -- Trevor Rabey 0407213955 61 8 92727485 PERFECT PROJECT PLANNING www.perfectproject.com.au "JPD" <jdescant(a)gmail.com> wrote in message news:0e11b41f-8197-4093-bd05-4beae27689a2(a)r27g2000yqn.googlegroups.com... >I need to take a schedule and reduce all the total hours across the > board by 30% ... is there an easy way to do this?? > > in a panic trying to get proposal out.... > > Thanks, > J
