From: kingoftherodeo on 23 Mar 2010 06:13 Hi When double clicking an entry in one of our shared public calenders, it automatically copies that entry into a users personal calender. Does anyone know of a way this can be disabled? Thanks Adam -- kingoftherodeo

There is no setting. Double-clicking and entry in a public folder simply opens calendar entry on the screen. It doesn't add it to any folder. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]

(That can't be disabled either.) -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Do you sync your mailbox with a smartphone or pda? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=39473 "Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]" <tillman1952(a)yahoo.com> wrote in message news:e4HzX9nyKHA.3884(a)TK2MSFTNGP06.phx.gbl... > "kingoftherodeo" <kingoftherodeo.5ee4abb(a)outlookbanter.com> wrote in > message news:kingoftherodeo.5ee4abb(a)outlookbanter.com... > >> When double clicking an entry in one of our shared public calenders, it >> automatically copies that entry into a users personal calender. >> >> Does anyone know of a way this can be disabled? > > There is no setting.
