From: johnsweet on 3 Feb 2010 10:56 I am putting together a questionnaire and would like to have a radio button type option choice where the respondent can rate something on a scale of 1 to 5. The check boxes are not right as he could give multiple answers. However, I can't figure out how to use an Option Group in MS Word. How to do this without using VBA? Thanks...John Sweet jhsweet(a)nc.rr.com
From: RichUE on 3 Feb 2010 11:34 You could try using a drop-down box as an alternative. This is added using the Forms toolbar. You can determine the available choices using the Form Field Options. You could set the first choice to "Select a list item", and the user clicks on the drop-down to select an item in the list. Only one may be selected. -- Richard Search the web and raise money for charity at www.everyclick.com "johnsweet" wrote: > I am putting together a questionnaire and would like to have a radio button > type option choice where the respondent can rate something on a scale of 1 to > 5.
