From: mred on 15 Nov 2009 11:45 Good Morning, Last week after 5-6 days of no downloads from my CU using OSU, I removed them from OSU, closed the program, restarted program. Reactivated them for OSU and everything began working as before. Now 3 days later I noticed the Quicken Bill Pay, which I use with the aforementioned CU accounts isn't working. It appears my account number is where the Quicken Bill Pay Customer ID is. My question is, what goes in the 1) Quicken Bill pay account # 2) Quicken Bill pay routing # 3) Quicken Bill pay customer id# I tried to make a change already, and don't want to get locked out of account. I believe this happened to me before, I called Bill pay support, but don't remember the exact process to restore Bill Pay. Thanks in advance Ed -- mred
