From: "Hay, Sue <Human Capital>" on 9 Mar 2010 12:31 Greetings, SAS-L'ers. =20 =20 This is not exclusively a SAS question, but I know there's a huge amount of statistical expertise in this group, so I'm hoping someone can help. Is anyone familiar with RIDIT analysis (or RIDIT transformations) and the appropriate circumstances for use? For example, is there some reason to use it for transforming percentages? Or probabilities? Is there a reason for using this transformation rather than one of the many other transformations in common use? =20 =20 Thanks in advance for any insights. =20 =20 M Sue Hay, PhD=20 US Department of Homeland Security Phone 571.227.3694=20 Fax 571.227.2553=20 =20 =20
