Not free, but Reeder on the iPhone is absolutely best of class by a long
chalk. I haven't used the iPad version.

Thanks for the recommendation. Doesn't _seem_ to be for the iPad yet

I'm trying out 'Pulse'. Early days yet but looks very promising.
