I have the exact same set up as you. I had gone through the knowledge base
several times and had deleted the MSLicensing key from the registry. I did
notice only some of the users were getting this error. Windows 7 users.
Adding the the RWW site to the Windows 7 clients trusted sites in IE was my
solution. Hope this works for others.
