I am growing increasingly annoyed with the random refhresh on my computer.
It never takes me back to the item I was on just the general page. I have
have this problem before and got it fixed but don't remember the how I did
it. Can anyone help me?

....what "the random refresh on my computer" means
....the secret identity of "it" ["It never takes me back..."]
....what item is "the item I was on"
....what page is "the general page"
....[if "page" means a web page] the URL of "the general page"
....[if this somehow involves Internet Explorer] what version of Internet
Explorer you have
....what version of Windows XP you have, including the service pack number.
