From: Aditya on 18 Feb 2010 14:33 I am running a simulation where one of the signals has a step input. To make it realistic in terms of the physical world, I have added a Rate Limiter as the input step goes from 1 to 0. Running the simulation in 2007b in Normal mode, there are no issues with the output. In Accelerator mode, the Rate Limiter does not mimic the step. As the step goes from 1 to 0, the output of the rate limiter fluctuates between 1.01 and 0.99, never going to 0. This causes the output results to be wrong. This similar situation is never encountered in previous versions of Matlab. In 2007a and 2006b, the model outputs are correct in Normal and Accelerator mode. Has something changed in how the Accelerator mode works in 2007b or has there been a change in the rate limiter? Please help. Thanks.
