Since you mentioned 'window manager', you would know that
a typically user has 4 or more Desktops?

Then you would know that one can open several VTs [consoles]
for every Desktop ?

So I've got 20 mc running in various Desktop, VT: D/V.
Each mc is 'open' in some dir where I've got a 'project'.
So when a task arrives for projectX, I want to know which
D,Vs are already 'open in the dir of projectX'.

So I want a list of:
paths [which show the project] <--> D,V

It's a bit like a fleet of taxis, which are circulating:
so when a client calls in from location X, you want to know
which free-taxi is currently nearest to locationX.

`pstree -p`
shows the map/heirarchy of spawned tasks, which are related
to the D,V
