Dear NG,

I would like to read a data file which was generated using some German
localized software. This means the decimal separator is a comma:

-0,0100 2,1900 3,0158
-0,0100 2,3150 1,8415
-0,0100 2,4400 3,4894
-0,0100 2,5650 2,1753
-0,0100 2,6900 4,2679
-0,0100 2,8150 1,7900

How to accomplish this?!
