Hi friends,

Regarding this problem, I found another detail: It seems that my computer can't handle any sampling rate smaller than 1 ms. With sampling rate 1 ms, sometimes I see the bluescreen, sometimes not. With sampling rates smaller than that, the computer just freezes and I need to force it to restart by press and hold the power button.

This is strange because according to the RTWT documentation, even old Pentium CPUs can achieve 10 kHz sampling rate, therefore my computer should have no problem with this. My models were also very simple: At first I tested the rtpacketio model, and then I tested the rtvdp model, and the 2 results were the same (as described above).

If you have any idea please help me to figure out what's wrong with my system.

There is a known incompatibility issue between the Real-Time Windows
Target kernel and Windows 7 on some computers. This behavior looks like
your computer may be one of these.

This will be fixed in R2010b (final release, not prerelease). If you can
wait by then, OK. If you can't, please send me an e-mail and I'll send
you a R2010a compatible patch in reply.
