Colors of tracked changes depend on the user's settings. If your boss' aren't showing in red, then that's a function of the settings on his computer. By default, changes vary per author, although a user can set them so that all changes are the same color(s). If he's using Word 2007, in the Review tab, click Track Changes - Change Tracking Options. There's an equivalent setting for Word 2003 and earlier, but I don't remember the precise instructions. -- Herb Tyson MS MVP Author of the Word Bible Blog: http://word.herbtyson.com Web: http://www.herbtyson.com "Jools" <Jools(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:62086B59-796C-4737-830D-4CD24195685F(a)microsoft.com... > When I send my redline contract to my boss, his is not in red, does anyone > know why? > > > -- > Jools |
