Cannot start with following error message:

"Could not start the Remote Access Connection Manager service on Local
Computer. Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified."

Don't know what file it is referring to. Checked and confirmed that all
dependent services were started properly.

Are there files that I can copy from the install CD to fix this problem?
