From: Kath on 8 Apr 2010 10:17 Thanks so much for the additional info - it was driving me crazy every time I started Outlook it would stop with that message about the disabled add-in... but no one could help me get rid of it - unless I totally wiped my computer & start over - which I had just done loading Windows 7 so I really did NOT want to go through all that yet again - this extra bit of information about getting to the client extensions did the trick!! Thanks so much Paul Baayen wrote: remove add-in 09-Oct-08 Hi, Just go to Tools, Trust Center, Add-Ins, Manage (bottom of screen), change COM Add-Ins to Exchange Client Extensions, Click Go, unselect Symantec Add In, Click OK, restart Outlook, DONE!!!
