What version of Word are you using? And, what do you want to happen to the hyperlinks--delete them entirely, or convert them into normal text? If the latter, and you don't have any other field codes in the document, press Ctrl+A to select the entire document, and press Ctrl+Shift+F9. Note, however, that if you have "Internet and network paths with hyperlinks" checked in AutoFormat as you type, some of them might get turned back into hyperlinks if you insert a word/sentence separator after them.
