From: OneJag on 12 Mar 2010 15:14 I have recently installed Windows 7 and Office 2007. Howvere, I have old versions of Office particularly the directory Office10. None of the apps there now work and I assume Office 2007 is in the Office12 directory, although I can't see the application files. Since I cannot use the Uninstall programs option as no MSOffice apps older than 2007 are listed, would it be okay to simply delete the Office10 directory?

Assuming win7 was an upgrade, you should have sorted this out prior to your upgrade, or probably better to have done a clean install of Win7 You can now only delete the folder and trust that you don't have registry problems Office 2007 may be installed to Program Files(x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12 A search for winword.exe would reveal the location "OneJag" <OneJag(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:5B1CC5CB-3C05-48D9-ABF2-09859F3F5794(a)microsoft.com... > I have recently installed Windows 7 and Office 2007.
